Accounts Recap

The Accounts Recap shows, account by account, the balance, the day P&L and how much is left before liquidation. It is made for traders with many prop accounts: one glance tells which accounts are close to the limit.

Open the Accounts Recap

In the Account Dashboard, click the 📋 Accounts Recap card. The card already shows how many accounts you see (accounts), how many brokers (brokers) and how many accounts are at risk (at risk, in red if more than zero).

The window closes together with the Dashboard.

The Accounts Recap with the accounts sorted by distance to liquidation.

The columns

ColumnContent
●● account connected, ○ disconnected
AccountThe account
SourceThe connection the account comes from: the master or the follower's name
StatusThe account status at the broker. Red and uppercase if the account cannot trade
BalanceThe balance
Day P&LThe day P&L, green or red
Loss limitThe daily loss limit set by the broker
Liq. levelThe balance level at which the broker liquidates the account
DistanceBalance minus Liq. level: how much you can still lose
Riskok, at risk or CRITICAL

Balance, P&L and limits come from the broker and refresh every second. Rows are sorted by increasing Distance: the account closest to liquidation is at the top. Accounts without a distance are at the bottom.

Hover a row to see the details: where the liquidation level comes from, the minimum balance required, open and closed P&L, margin balance, the maximum quantity per order, whether the broker disables the account after liquidation and the time of the last data.

Double-click a row to open the Live Trading Dashboard.

The liquidation level

Liq. level comes, in order of preference:

  1. from the live value the broker sends during the session;
  2. from the minimum balance required by the broker;
  3. from the auto-liquidation level received at login, if it is a balance level.

Some brokers send at login a drawdown amount, for example $2,500, rather than a balance level. In that case Distance stays — until the live value arrives: the row details say waiting for the live level. With no data at all, the account has no auto-liquidation and Risk stays —.

The risk level

Risk compares the current distance with the one the account had at the first reading after TickerExplorer started:

RiskWhen
okThe distance is at least 25% of the initial one
at riskThe distance dropped below 25%
CRITICALThe distance dropped below 10%, or is zero or negative

The row details show the percentage, for example 40% of session start $5,000.00. The reference resets every time TickerExplorer starts.

Filters

  • Selected only (on when the window opens) shows only the accounts selected in 🎯 Target Accounts in the Account Dashboard.
  • At risk only shows only the at risk and CRITICAL accounts. With more than ten accounts it turns on by itself the first time the window opens.
  • The search box filters by account or by Source.
  • 🔄 reloads the list.
