Target Accounts

🎯 Target Accounts lists your accounts grouped by broker. All, None and Followers select every account, none or only the followers; 🔄 reloads the list. Right-click a broker for Select All, Deselect All, Invert Selection and Toggle All.

Target Accounts with the accounts grouped by broker.

The selection only drives the Selected only filter of the Accounts Recap: it decides which accounts you see in that list. Orders, flattening and statistics always work on all accounts.

The orders

The grid lists the orders of all accounts:

ColumnContent
Order IDThe order identifier
FCMThe broker
AccountThe account
SymbolThe contract
SideBuy or Sell
QtyThe quantity
TypeThe order type
Limit / StopThe limit price and the stop price
FillThe average fill price
StatusThe order status
FilledThe filled quantity
LegsOn how many accounts the order was placed
CreatedThe time the order was placed
❌Cancels the order

When you select a group order, 📊 Order Legs shows one row per account: Account, Broker Order ID, Qty, Status, Fill and Price.

Positions

To the right of the grid two tables show the open positions:

  • 📊 Positions by Account: one row per account and contract, with Account, Symbol, Net Position, Avg Price, Unrealized P&L and Realized P&L. At the top, Accounts: tells how many accounts have a position;
  • 🌐 Global Positions by Symbol: one row per contract, with the position summed across all accounts: Symbol, Exchange, Total Net, # Accounts, Avg Price, Total Unrealized P&L and Total Realized P&L. At the top, Total P&L: is the total.

Below the grid:

  • ❌ Cancel All Orders cancels every working order on every account, after confirmation;
  • 🛑 Cancel & Flatten All cancels every order and closes every position on every account, master included, after confirmation. Unlike PANIC on the chart, it acts on all instruments.
danger

Cancel & Flatten All closes at market every position of every account. The confirmation dialog says how many orders and positions will be affected: read it before you confirm.

The alerts

⚠️ Alerts lists the warnings of the last 48 hours, for example an order rejected on an account or an account that disconnected. For each alert you see Severity, Type, Message, Account, Time and Acknowledged.

✓ Acknowledge acknowledges the selected alert, ✓ Acknowledge All all of them. The Pending Alerts card counts those not yet acknowledged.

Trade Analysis

The Trade Analysis panel summarizes today's trading across all accounts. Show and hide it with the 📊 Trade Analysis card.

The Dashboard with the Trade Analysis panel: today's history, the summary and the statistics.

Today's Trade History

Every fill of today, with Time, Symbol, Account, FCM, Side, Qty, Price, Open/Close and Realized P&L.

Open/Close says what the fill did to the position: Open opened or increased it, Close closed it, Partial Close reduced it, Reverse flipped it. Realized P&L appears only on fills that close or reduce a position.

danger

🗑️ Clear History deletes all the fill history, not only today's, and cannot be undone. Fills are reloaded from the broker at the next restart only for connected accounts and only for the days the broker keeps.

Today's Summary

By Account

🏢 By Account repeats the numbers account by account: P&L, trades, winners and losers and Win Rate. Each account has its own row, with the broker in brackets, for example BX12345-01 (Bulenox).

How they are computed

  • The day is your PC's day: a trade counts as "today" if it was filled today according to the Windows clock.
  • P&L is gross: commissions are not included. The broker's balance includes them, so the two numbers can differ.
  • Each fill is matched with the previous one on the same account and the same contract, in time order. The P&L of a trade is the difference between the prices of the two matched fills.
  • All accounts contribute to the numbers, regardless of Target Accounts.
  • Trades with zero P&L, such as the rows created by Reconcile, do not count in Win Rate and in the statistics.

Align positions with the broker

If the Dashboard shows a position the broker does not confirm, you have three buttons at the top:

  • ⚖️ Reconcile compares your positions with the broker's actual positions. For every position the broker does not confirm, it adds a closing fill at the average price, with zero P&L. The history is not deleted. Before proceeding, the ⚖️ Reconcile with Broker dialog lists what will be aligned and asks for confirmation.

If the positions already match, Reconcile changes nothing and All open positions already match the broker. appears.

Reconcile when the positions already match the broker's.
  • If a position is on an account with no broker connection, Reconcile cannot verify it and asks you separately in ⚖️ Remove unverified positions. Answer Yes only if you know that account is flat, closed or no longer in use, for example a replaced prop-firm account. If the account is still trading, answer No and reconnect it.
  • ⚡ Reset Memory Only clears the in-memory positions without touching the history. Use it if you see phantom positions the broker does not have.
  • 🗑️ Reset Positions clears the positions and deletes the whole fill history. The confirmation dialog says so clearly: read it before answering Yes.
warning

When in doubt use ⚖️ Reconcile: it keeps the history and relies on the broker's actual positions.

Position Summary

The Open Positions card opens the Position Summary, with the open positions per account and per contract. At the top you see Total Accounts, Total Unrealized P&L and Total Realized P&L. 🔄 Refresh or F5 refresh, Esc closes.
