Updates

TickerExplorer notifies you when a new version is available.

The notice arrives as an announcement from Quantirica:

• in the command bar, the announcements icon (tooltip Announcements from Quantirica) shows a badge with the number of new announcements;
• the log panel shows a line about the new announcement.

Click the announcements icon to open the TickerExplorer — Announcements window and read the announcement.

Install a new version

1. Sign in to the customer portal: portal.quantirica.com.
2. Open the customer area.
3. Download the new TickerExplorer installer.
4. Close TickerExplorer. Do not start the new installer while TickerExplorer is open.
5. Start the new installer and follow the steps. They are the same as for the first installation.
